Giovanni Porcelli has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since 2004, and has served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee since December of 2007. Mr. Porcelli served the City of New York for 23 years in the NYPD, where he obtained the rank of Sergeant, SDS. Mr. Porcelli currently is a compliance analyst with American Express. During his time with the NYPD, Mr. Porcelli was President of the Columbia Association and served as the Operations Coordinator for the Chief of Detective's Office. Mr. Porcelli is also a Board Member for the National Council of Columbia Associations in Civil Service. Mr. Porcelli holds a BA from New York University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Porcelli resides in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.
