Designed for students currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or graduate
degree program from an accredited University, MCU’s internship program offers students
unique opportunities to gain hands on experience in a business setting while learning
invaluable skills. This program is open for enrollment throughout the year.

Please include “Internship Application” in the subject line. Cover Letters should
indicate the following:
- Anticipated or declared course of study
- Interest and understanding of the internship opportunity
- Expectations of SCEP program
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Application Submission Period: March 22nd – May 1st
Internship Duration: June – August
Application Submission Period: June 1st – August 1st
Internship Duration: September – December
Application Submission Period: November 22nd – January 1st
Internship Duration: February – May
The Human Resources Department will review the cover letters and resumes and invite
selected applicants for interviews. If a student is chosen for placement, the following
will be required:
- Proof of enrollment at an accredited college or university during the semester the
internship will take place
- Relevant courses taken or currently being taken within field of study.
- Letter of Recommendation from a professor or former employer
The internship must be an integral part of a program authorized by the educational
institution in which the student is enrolled and must be necessary to the student's
fulfillment of course or degree requirements.
Applicants for MCU’s paid internship opportunities are accepted on a limited basis.
NOTE: Late applications will not be accepted. Application submission dates
and Internship duration dates are subject to change. Also, offered internship assignments
can be modified, suspended or terminated at any time at the discretion of the Credit
