Branch Marketing Assistant
Primary Job Function
Ensure that all Marketing initiatives are represented in branches.
Assist in providing administrative, clerical and promotional support for the Marketing Dept.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all Branch Marketing materials are up and used correctly in all branches.
Maintain inventory of marketing materials going to branches and coordinate the external ordering of marketing materials, promotional items, etc.
Direct external shipping of marketing materials.
Coordinate branch order process for brochures, and work with Marketing team members in ensuring that brochures reflect current information.
Execute all Branch Marketing promotions and sales contests, including on-going progress reports and final evaluations.
Keep all Branch personnel informed as to key Marketing initiatives and messages Provide administrative support to marketing department staff
Assist in Branch marketing research as required.
Provide Administrative support to Marketing Department as required.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Overtime as needed.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree desired in marketing related field.
Two plus years administrative experience preferably within a Marketing environment; experience working in Branches a plus
Willingness to travel daily within five boroughs of New York City; Southern Westchester and Long Island; Valid Drivers License necessary.
Team player.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and complete ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner.
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft for Windows applications.
