Card Services Representative
Responsibilities
Build lifetime quality financial relationships with each member by providing competitive products and excellent service.
Effectively handle all administrative tasks including but not limited to service calls, adjusting fees, member information change, removing and adding additional cardholders, change of payment cycle and retrieving statement copies.
Processing balance transfer requests and posting Visa convenience checks.
Reinstating of accounts, credit line adjustments and/or increases and applying accurate and appropriate billing codes.
Reviewing fraudulent activities reports such as activation attempts decline.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned and overtime as required.
Researching and responding to members' requests such as unapplied payments.
Review the opening of new accounts for accuracy and prepare new Visa applications for microfilm imaging.
Requirements
College Degree preferred.
One plus year Customer Service experienced required.
Excellent verbal/written skill is required for this position.
Knowledgeable of Visa Products, MCU and Federal Regulations.
Detail orientated, self-starter, with strong organizational skills.
Adaptability, dependability, and flexibility are key for this position.
Candidate must have the ability to make appropriate course of action in a timely and equitable manner. Proficiency in Microsoft for Windows Applications.
