Branch Network Change Effective January 31, 2020
In an effort to streamline our operations and serve our members more efficiently, we will close six branches on January 31, 2020.
The following locations will close on January 31, 2020:
Coney Island, East Meadow, East Side, Melville, Oceanside and Yonkers
The following locations will continue to serve our membership:
Full Service Branches: Bronx (Courtlandt Avenue and Co-Op City), Brooklyn (Jay Street and Brooklyn Postal), Manhattan (Lafayette Street), Queens (Rego Park, Springfield Gardens and St. Albans), Staten Island (Hylan Boulevard and Forest Avenue) and Long Island (Elmont)
Express Branches: Bronx (149th Street), Brooklyn (Flatbush Avenue and Ralph Avenue) and Manhattan (Harlem and NY Psych)
Member deposits at Municipal Credit Union remain protected by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund. Administered by the NCUA, the Share Insurance Fund insures individual accounts at the credit union up to $250,000, and a member’s interest in all joint accounts combined is insured up to $250,000. The Share Insurance Fund also separately protects IRA and KEOGH retirement accounts up to $250,000. The Share Insurance Fund has the backing of the full faith and credit of the United States.

Holiday Closing - In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Municipal Credit Union will be closed on Monday, January 20th.
