Get your banking done anytime, day or night, with MCU’s Automated Service Touch Tone Teller. With 24/7 access, you can accomplish your banking needs like transfers, withdrawals, account balance checks, and inquiries from your touch tone phone.
How to Use MCU's Automated Touch Tone Teller
Follow these steps to bank from anywhere using MCU's Touch Tone Teller service.
Step 1
Call from any phone:
1-844-MCU-NYNY (1-844-628-6969)
Step 2
After it greets you, MCU’s Automated Telephone Banking will ask you to select an appropriate option. For instance, select option one (1) if you are an existing member seeking account information.
Step 3
Then you will asked to enter your account number, telephone banking PIN, and the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
Step 4
If you do not have a Telephone Banking PIN or do not recall the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number, you will be prompted to enroll in our Voice Identification Program, which allows you to use your voice as your password. You will then enter our Voice Assistant where you will speak the information that you need such as account balances, recent transactions, loan payoff, block a debit card or transfer funds.
