How to Use MCU's Automated Touch Tone Teller
Follow these steps to bank from anywhere using MCU's Touch Tone Teller service.
Call from any phone:

After it greets you, MCU’s Automated Telephone Banking will ask you to select an appropriate option. For instance, select option one (1) if you are an existing member seeking account information.
Then you will be asked to enter your account number, followed by the # sign. (Do not enter the two digit account ID.)
If this is your first call, you will need to enter your Date of Birth (i.e. MM/DD/YYYY), Social Security Number and a four digit PIN of your choice. You are now in the system.
How to Change Navigation Modes
You can navigate MCU’s Automated Telephone Banking via two different modes—Menu Mode and Expert Mode. Menu Mode lets you respond to prompts to get your account information. Expert Mode lets you enter service codes and could save you some time. The system automatically starts in menu mode. Follow the instructions below to change to Expert Mode.
Connect to MCU’s Automated Telephone Banking system.
Select Account Maintenance option.
Press 3 for Change Interaction Mode option.
Press * to change to Expert Mode.
Press 2 to return to Menu Mode.
