HOW IT WORKS:

Only members of MCU may apply for reimbursement by submitting the form below.
Applicants must have registered and paid for a City of New York Civil Service exam using their MCU debit card within the past 30 days.
Limited to one reimbursement per member for up to $40 in exam fees.
Credit to the member’s checking account will be issued within 30 days, if all criteria are met.
An email notification will be sent to the member once the credit has been posted.
