The Swivelpay loan payment service is provided by Southwest Business Corporation ("SWBC") and is subject to the SWBC Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By clicking "Get Started" you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the SWBC Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Using this service you may make a one-time loan payment using a non-MCU debit card or ACH transfer from another institution towards a MCU loan or set up recurring ACH payments from another financial instituion. Not all loan types or statuses are eligible to be paid through this service. Payments submitted after 9:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Unless you set up recurring ACH payments from an external account, if you use this service for a one-time transaction, a convenience fee of $4.95 will be added to your payment amount. You may be able to avoid this convenience fee by making your payment using payment options on MCU's Online Banking or Mobile Banking App, making your payment at a branch location, or mailing a check payment to 22 Cortlandt Street, __ Floor, Attn: ____________ Department, New York, NY 10007. You may contact MCU with any questions at 1-844-MCU-NYNY (1-844-MCU-NYNY) Monday-Wednesday & Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Thursday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM and Saturday between 9:00 AM and 2:00PM.
If you are making a payment which is in default, this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
