Executive Leadership Team
Jim Mill
Chief Technology Officer
At MCU, he established the Technology Steering Committee and Data Governance Committee, led enterprise access management reform, advanced A.I. governance, and delivered significant information security enhancements, while maturing the overall technology risk framework and organizational structure. He is recognized for building and leading high performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution. As part of MCU’s organizational evolution, Jim expanded his leadership scope to include Business Analysis, Model Risk Management (MRM) administration, and automation and continuous process improvement (CPI) capabilities, further strengthening cross functional execution and data driven decision making across the organization.
Prior to joining MCU, Jim served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer at S&T Bancorp, where he oversaw all banking operations and technology functions for a $9 billion financial institution. In that role, he successfully transitioned IT operations to third party managed services, championed enterprise digital transformation, and led the technology integration of multiple major acquisitions.
Jim’s background also includes a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Public Affairs Officer, developing strong leadership, crisis management, and strategic communications expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Financial Services Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Deeply committed to service, Jim is a Board Member of the MCU Foundation and a Trustee of the U.S. Naval Academy Athletic Foundation, supporting community impact and leadership development beyond the workplace.
