S. Nana Osei-Bonsu is currently an Associate Staff Analyst with NYC Dept of Homeless Services. He has been on the Board since 2008 and is the Assistant Treasurer of the Fiscal Committee. He is Chair for the 2011 Budget Sub-Committee, and an alternate for the Coordinating Committee. He has over 27 years of international work experience as a management development consultant to the United Nations Development Program/Food and Agricultural Organization, Director of Projects Development Finance Division, Ghana Cooperative Bank, and as a Healthcare Analyst. Equally important, he served as PTA president of CS 44 in the Bronx, and as a Board Member of Community Board 6 and the Tremont Neighborhood Advisory Board. He was a Fulbright Fellow at UT-Austin in 1990/91. He has an MPA from New York University, MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, BSN from Pace University and a BA(Hons)-Economics from the University of Science & Technology, Ghana. An avid soccer and basketball fan, he is married to his dear wife Margaret who works with ACS. He has 6 children, and resides in the Bronx.
