Repayment Plan — A fixed amount of time is given for you to repay the

You resume making your regular payments as well as a lump sum payment or additional
partial payments for a number of months to bring the loan current.

Short Sale — The lender agrees to the sale of your property even though
the balance does not cover the debt owed.
Deed-in-Lieu-of Foreclosure — With your servicer’s agreement, you voluntarily
transfer property title to the servicer, in exchange for cancellation of the remainder
of your debt.

Borrower Response Packet
We will evaluate your situation and determine if you qualify. If
you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be offered a Trial Period Plan.
If you do not qualify for a loan modification, we will work with
you to explore other options available to help you keep your home or ease your transition
to a new home.
