MCU Is Here For You

Great news! As New York City gets ready to implement Phase 1 of the lifting of the stay-at-home order, MCU will be re-opening five additional branches today, June 4th, and two additional branches on Monday, June 8th. With the addition of these seven branches, 13 of our branch locations will be open by appointment only to serve the membership.

The health and safety of our members and employees is of utmost importance. Therefore, we are continuing to serve members via appointment Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:30 pm in our open locations. We will continue to monitor New York City's phases of openings as we prepare to re-open MCU's branches in their full service capacity.

REMINDER: In order to be in compliance with the most recent New York State executive order regarding the need to cover your face when out in public, we are now requiring members to cover their face when visiting a branch. You will not be allowed to enter a branch without a mask or other kind of face covering. Thank you for your cooperation.

We encourage you to use our online services for account openings and loan applications, and our ATMs for cash withdrawals up to $1,500.

Online and Mobile Banking
Through NYMCU’s Online Banking and the Mobile App you can make payments, view balances and transactions, find an ATM, deposit checks using Mobile Deposit and more.

It’s easier and quicker to manage your accounts using our digital tools, especially since call wait times may be longer than usual.

It only takes a few minutes to:

You can use an MCU ATM to:

  • • Withdraw cash (up to $1,500 daily)

  • • Make an auto or personal loan payment

  • • Transfer money between your MCU accounts

  • • Check your account balance

You can also use one of the 30,000 CO-OP Network ATMs nationwide to make a cash withdrawal.

Protect Yourself From Fraud

During this time, we also want to remind you to stay alert for any scams that might be out there, including fraudulent calls, emails and text messages. MCU will never contact you by phone, email or text to ask you to update your account information or to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Debit or Credit Card Number, password or Social Security Number. If you think there is potential fraud on your account, please call the eBranch at (212) 693-4900.
