How to Request an Account Closure
To request the closure of your account, please contact us using one of the following methods:
- SECURE MESSAGE: Log in to online banking and send us a secure message. This allows us to properly verify your identity and process your request securely.

Data deletion from the app
When you request deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:
- Personal information; all personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number
- Transaction history; all records of your financial track transactions within this app return
- App usage data; any data related to your interactions and usage of the alchemy financial app
